To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Specific service level agreements (SLAs) will be provided for each service. In the event of service downtime beyond agreed thresholds, credits may be applied as specified in the relevant SLA.
All content included on our website and within our services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Champs Group and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champs Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
